No. Labs are not required to start, and we don’t routinely order them. If you would like lab work as part of your care, just ask — we can order it on request, and you would complete it on your own.
Compounded medications (semaglutide, tirzepatide, peptides) are self-pay. Your consultation may qualify for out-of-network reimbursement — we can provide a superbill. Cherry financing is available for monthly payments.

A 30-45 minute consult with Dr. Covelli, then a personalized protocol and prescription if appropriate. Follow-ups at 4 and 12 weeks, then quarterly. No labs are required before your visit.
