I’ve only been coming for 3 weeks, but my visits here are one of the best parts of my week. I’ve been receiving Tirzepatide shots, but I also have access to the infrared sauna and let me tell you, just after two rounds, my skin is so much happier. I’m 10 months postpartum and I have KP due to, I’m assuming, hormones and general toxin build up, and the sauna has been helping me so much. I should also mention the folks at the front desk are nothing short of a treat to see. I felt a tiny bit of shame prior to my consultation, but the moment I walked in it dissolved with the sincerity of the staff looking only to help me reach a healthier place in my life It’s only been three weeks, but I look forward to my progress continuing. But if something goes terribly awry beyond these first three weeks, I’ll be sure to update my reading. Though, I’ve met a few folks who have come through here and have been very positive about their entire experience.

so I was searching high and low, where I can start my Glp Journey, I went through Google and I found this amazing Weight loss center. The staff is amazing and Very motivating I used to drink one to two bottles of water a week now they got me taking in charge of my life again eating on time checking my protein and helping me get my life back. it will take time because we did not get like this overnight but if you come here, they will give you everything you need to find yourself again..

All of the staff is great. The process was super quick. Doctor was very informative in every way prices are very upfront no hidden fees or agendas. I have loved every minute of going to California Living. I was nervous when I started because of existing stomach issues and not needing to change many lifestyle habits and they accommodated and met all of my wants. I had a gift certificate for a sauna, so I went into California Living Medical Weight Loss Center, and was greeted by two of the friendliest people I’ve ever met!The sauna experience is like no other. It’s a private Sauna, so you are able to take your time prepping and then putting yourself back together. For the sauna you’re given cold water, and a cold towel so if things get too warm, you have that available to you. I always use the cold towel to freshen up at the end! The staff is always available to help with adjustments in temperature and time. Oh! And there’s a little timer that you can set and can make sure that You finish your sauna at a time that is proper for your body.I’ve also begun the weight loss medication and the lack of judgment about where I’m at on the scale is so freeing to me.The passion that the staff has for what they’re doing whether it’s the sauna or weight loss or B12 or supplements - it’s unrivaled. I feel like a VIP every time I go in and I highly recommend anyone who just needs a little time to themselves and want to get some health benefits from infrared sauna go get it!

I LOVE this place!! Ann-Marie and Leah are amazing, they instantly felt like family. I struggled with weight loss for years, until I came here! Last Nov I took the leap and invested in myself. As a first time client, they put me in one of their Sauna rooms, which was definitely needed, I did a 3D Body scan, which is very unforgiving, but made me realize I should have done this years ago. I started the day before Thanksgiving and by Christmas I was down 24 pounds, I was in shock! By the end of my 12 weeks I was down 42 pounds. I did everything they told me to do, and it worked. I started at 184 and ended at 142 , in 12 weeks, no saggy skin, fit into my old clothes, and overall just happier in life. If you have questions on if it works or not, It absolutely works Start as soon as possible!

All of the staff is great. The process was super quick. Doctor was very informative in every way prices are very upfront no hidden fees or agendas. I would definitely recommend this to other women like myself who are just trying to lose a few pounds or long-term. Thank you California living medical weight loss. I have loved every minute of going to California Living. I was nervous when I started because of existing stomach issues and not needing to change many lifestyle habits and they accommodated and met all of my wants. I have made personal connections with every staff member and have an open conversation every time I walk in about goals, wants, and concerns. I have felt so taken care of and HEARD. Their weight loss program is catered to meet me where I am at and where I want to be. If you are looking for a program that treats you as a whole person, this is the place to go. The using the infrared sauna has been a game changer in conjunction with PT for my piriformis syndrome. Coming to sauna 2-3 times a week, I’ve noticed less inflammation and increased mobility. Love love love the results!

I had a gift certificate for a sauna, so I went into California Living Medical Weight Loss Center, and was greeted by two of the friendliest people I’ve ever met!The sauna experience is like no other. It’s a private Sauna, so you are able to take your time prepping and then putting yourself back together. For the sauna you’re given cold water, and a cold towel so if things get too warm, you have that available to you. I always use the cold towel to freshen up at the end! The staff is always available to help with adjustments in temperature and time. Oh! And there’s a little timer that you can set and can make sure that You finish your sauna at a time that is proper for your body.I’ve also begun the weight loss medication and the lack of judgment about where I’m at on the scale is so freeing to me.The passion that the staff has for what they’re doing whether it’s the sauna or weight loss or B12 or supplements - it’s unrivaled. I feel like a VIP every time I go in and I highly recommend anyone who just needs a little time to themselves and want to get some health benefits from infrared sauna go get it!

I LOVE this place!! Ann-Marie and Leah are amazing, they instantly felt like family. I struggled with weight loss for years, until I came here! Last Nov I took the leap and invested in myself. As a first time client, they put me in one of their Sauna rooms, which was definitely needed, I did a 3D Body scan, which is very unforgiving, but made me realize I should have done this years ago. I started the day before Thanksgiving and by Christmas I was down 24 pounds, I was in shock! By the end of my 12 weeks I was down 42 pounds. I did everything they told me to do, and it worked. I started at 184 and ended at 142 , in 12 weeks, no saggy skin, fit into my old clothes, and overall just happier in life. If you have questions on if it works or not, It absolutely works Start as soon as possible!
